Meet The Owner
Having grown up in the masonry industry, Luis Carrillo, Jr., the owner of Millstone Construction, has over 20 years of experience in the home improvement industry. Plus, two years’ experience constructing cinderblock homes in Panama. With a Class A General Contractor license, Luis and his experienced team is able to handle all steps of your home improvement job.

We are proud to offer transparent project updates and insight every step of the way. Through partnering with Buildertrend, each project has a portal where users can view their unique project timeline and stages, communicate with our team, and view tasks that need to be completed. Each project features daily logs that include progress reports and photos, as well as any hold ups due to weather. View the overall cost of the project, paid invoices and remaining balance, keep track of the project schedule, and keep in touch all through our convenient online portal.
